RETURN POLICY

We at Seventh Issue strive to provide you with the best quality items out there and we guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you do for any reason have to return an item please email us with your name, order ID# and reason for return within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving items.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains such as deodorant or makeup. Items MUST be returned within 5 business days of ship date received with all product tags attached in order to be considered for a store credit. Please note due to our limited inventory and because our pieces are handmade only eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Once we receive your returned package a member of our return department team will inspect your item and confirm your return.**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.

 

Non Returnable, No Exceptions

All custom orders are non-returnable. All items found in our 50% OFF Sale category that includes Seventh Exclusive pieces, accessories, swimwear, MASKS etc. are non-returnable.

Defective Items

Defective items MUST be reported within 3 business days of receipt. If not reported, we will NOT issue credit. Only items with manufacture defect will be eligible for a refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed once items have been received at our return address. Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted via email for rejection or approval of your return along with a refund receipt if applicable.

 

Exchanges

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE PRE-APPROVED VIA EMAIL: info@seventhissue.com. We only allow exchanges if items are defective or damaged and if size available upon request. Due to our limited inventory we do not exchange sizes but do accept returns for store credit or refunds if eligible

 

** If we suspect a customer of wearing the items and sending them back NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED and we will refuse all future orders placed by such customer.
