***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: USPS and UPS are currently experiencing unprecedented delays due to the holidays. We cannot guarantee USPS and UPS package delivery transit times at this moment of any packages INCLUDING EXPRESS SHIPPING AND AIR as they are their own independent companies and we have no control over delivery times. Please keep in mind order date and below shipping times for a better estimate of when you’re package may arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience cost in advance**

 

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES:

Ready to ship items are processed and shipped out within 24 to 48 BUSINESS hours.

Made to order items are pre-ordered items that are eligible to customize as we create them from scratch and take between 7 to 14 BUSINESS days to ship (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends and holidays.

Most Miami and Florida residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are ESTIMATES and they are not 100% guaranteed.

All Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency and does not deliver or operate on national holidays. 

 

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Customers will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it depending on the status of your ordered piece. 

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:30 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days only if the item is labeled as "READY TO SHIP". All orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out the next business day and received the day after that. Also note that some areas do not offer next day shipping and if this is the case, customer will be notified. 

Additionally shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. However, express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please ensure that ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION is correct upon placing your orders as Seventh Issue is not responsible for address adjustments. If for any reason you may experience an address issue please contact us immediately upon noticing and we will do our best to assist you. However please note that this is a customer care curtesy of our company to assist you but we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any additional charges that you may inquire with USPS or UPS during your change of address. 

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Seventh Issue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer USPS International Shipping only. All international orders of in stock items take 24 to 48 hours to ship and made to order items take 7 to 14 Business days as we create your custom pieces to ship. Be mindful that USPS takes about 10-15 days to deliver all international packages and due to covid-19 maybe a little longer. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN ALSO BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Please note USPS is not available to all countries at this time and this may affect the delivery of your package. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout. Once we verify with USPS that your package is deliverable we will contact you to confirm and if it is not we will contact customers as well.

Custom Fees for International Shipping

Seventh Issue is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 to 15 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ local postal service office to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Seventh Issue and cannot be refunded or resent.
